Beautiful birds in pine needles and leaves are gorgeous in this table topper. The background of the birds is a wonderful brown color. All the fabrics have a bit of metallic gold in them. A little bit of nature on your table.

Using a variegated cotton thread I outlined the birds and leaves in the center and quilted leaves in the outer border.

I just love the pattern in this table runner. I used both a red and a brown subtle floral print. The brown border just enhances the center print . A beautiful piece for the table. This would make a lovely gift or to have for yourself.

I just love the colors in this quilt. It just reminds me of Spring, which I am so ready for. Only batik fabrics were used in this quilt. This is such a wonderful quilt to display in your room.


This quilt is 52" wide by 60" in length. The fabric and batting are 100% cotton. The batting is Warm and Natural. Using a turquoise variegated thread I quilted flowers and leaves in a meandering pattern throughout the quilt.


The binding was machine stitched to the front an then hand stitched to the back to finish.


To care for this quilt machine wash on gentle cycle in cold water, then tumble dry on low heat or air dry.

Handmade Patchwork Quilt with Red

A fabulous patchwork quilt using many red fabrics to give this quilt such a stunning look. I have always loved two-color quilts in my home.

I really enjoyed making this quilt and will probably do another in different colors.

This quilt is 54" x 61". The fabric and batting are 100% cotton. The batting I used was Warm and Natural. Using a beige cotton thread I quilted an allover pattern of loops throughout the quilt. The binding was machine stitched to the front and then hand stitched to the back to finish.

I just could't resist making another quilt with the mountain theme. I love these quilts as they remind me so much of living in the mountains. As much as I love living in Colorado I do miss my mountain home in Lake Tahoe. This quilt is a great comfort quilt. I just want to sit by the fire with a quilt like this. Especially with all the cold weather we have been having lately. The colors are brown, tan, red and green. Some fabrics have moose, deer and bear. A perfect quilt for your home, den, or cabin. Place in a bedroom, family room, or porch. Decorate your home with this cozy quilt.

I had been wanting to do a quilt with diamonds for awhile.  It is different from my usual blocks and turned out to be a fun quilt to make.  It was a bit challenging to put together, but I will do another one.  I just have to decide on what colors to do next.
